JBW FloorCenter, Inc. is seeking a motivated B2B Field Sales Executive to drive growth in the Philippines construction sector.

You will identify opportunities, build long-term client relationships, present tailored solutions, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets by engaging architects, engineers, and builders. The role requires strong business development, prospecting, and account management skills, with experience in B2B sales and a network within the construction industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of B2B field sales experience.
• Experience selling to construction/architectural/engineering/building materials industries is a strong plus.
• Existing network of architects/engineers/contractors/developers/builders is advantageous.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong business development, prospecting, and account management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
• Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and propose solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and business proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales.
• Grow existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities.
• Develop a healthy sales pipeline using CRM and tools.
• Aim to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities for opportunities.
• Submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure a great customer experience.
