Job summary

JBW FloorCenter, Inc. in Kawit Cavite is seeking a motivated B2B Field Sales Executive to identify opportunities, manage accounts, and close deals with builders and contractors.

The role requires at least 1 year of B2B field sales, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel; you will present solutions, negotiate contracts, and grow a sustainable client base while using CRM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of B2B field sales experience
• Experience selling to construction, architectural, engineering, or building materials industry preferred
• Existing network of architects, engineers, contractors, developers, builders or project owners is an advantage
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong business development, prospecting, and account management skills
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within territory
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kawit Cavite

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and field visits
• Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and recommend products and solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, developers, contractors, builders and other industry professionals
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales
• Manage and grow existing accounts and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM and other tools
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify revenue opportunities
• Submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates to management
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure excellent customer experience
