Job summary

Scientia in the Philippines seeks a results-driven sales professional in the construction sector to maximize profitability, grow accounts, and penetrate new markets. You will implement sales objectives and present products to contractors, negotiating terms and ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities include client visits, coordinating with logistics and engineering teams, submitting reports, managing inventories, invoices, and collections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/4-year degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year sales experience in construction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationship with contractors and manages projects by leveraging buying influences.
• Obtains orders, attends meetings, negotiates, presents products, and submits documents for approval.
• Coordinates with other departments for project turnover, logistics and engineering works.
• Submits daily activity reports and weekly result reports.
• Ensures project needs are met: stocks, deliveries, equipment, and training.
• Handles sales invoices, collections and returns.
• Reports to the office daily, except on approved business appointments.
