We’re an investment firm looking to acquire an established, well-run business, and there’s an open role here for a polished Outbound Calling Specialist to start conversations with business owners. You’ll follow up on letters and emails we’ve already sent, find out whether each owner is open to a confidential discussion, and book qualified calls with our leadership team. You’ll suit this role if you’re a mature, articulate phone professional with sound judgment, a natural conversational style, and the discretion to handle sensitive conversations with care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to business owners from a provided list, referencing our earlier letter or email outreach


• Introduce our firm professionally and ask whether the owner is open to a confidential conversation about a potential transaction


• Book 20 to 30 minute calls directly into our leadership team’s calendar for interested owners


• Schedule and manage callbacks and future follow-up dates so no opportunity is lost


• Log every call in our CRM with an accurate disposition and clear, concise notes


• Refer substantive questions to our leadership team without discussing price, valuation, or deal terms

Mandatory Skills:
