• Comfortable logging calls, dispositions, and notes accurately in a CRM
• Quick learner of industry terminology and talking points

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to business owners from a provided list, referencing our earlier outreach
• Introduce our firm professionally and assess openness to a confidential discussion
• Book 20 to 30 minute calls directly into leadership calendar
• Schedule and manage callbacks and follow-ups to avoid missed opportunities
• Log every call with an accurate disposition and notes in the CRM
• Refer substantive questions to leadership without discussing price or deal terms
• Handle conversations with tact and strict confidentiality
• Learn industry terms to hold credible conversations
