Job summary

TeamRidemax Philippines is seeking an HR Benefits Associate to administer end-to-end employee benefits and support benefit inquiries from staff. The role requires handling government-m mandated processes and maintaining confidential records.

Onsite work in Quezon City with strong numeracy, attention to detail, and Excel skills. Collaboration with external providers and internal HR teams will be essential for smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end employee benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, leave benefits, and other company-provided benefits.
• Assist employees with benefit inquiries, claims, and concerns.
• Process government-mandated benefit applications and updates.
• Monitor employee eligibility and enrollment for company benefits.
• Maintain accurate and confidential benefits records.
• Coordinate with external benefit providers and government agencies when necessary.
• Process and document employee movements, including: Promotion, Transfer, Salary adjustment, Job/position changes, department movement, etc.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding salary, benefits, deductions, leave, government contributions, and other C&B concerns.
• Provide support to other HR functions and activities as needed to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations
