Job summary

GREAT SIERRA DEVELOPMENT CORP. is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Staff to support monthly payroll, attendance, and government-mandated benefits in our Quezon City office.

The role involves ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining records, and responding to employee inquiries. You'll collaborate with HR, Finance, and payroll service providers, handle confidential information, and support compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and DOLE requirements in a fast-paced logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HRM, BA, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1-2 years experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll or HR Admin preferred.
• Experience in payroll, timekeeping and government-mandated benefits advantageous.
• Familiar with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and DOLE requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numerical and employee data.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle confidential information.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced logistics environment and coordinate with multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and processing of monthly payroll and related transactions.
• Review attendance, timekeeping, overtime, undertime, leave, and payroll records.
• Process government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and DOLE requirements.
• Assist employees with inquiries regarding salary, deductions, benefits, loans, leaves, and other compensation-related concerns.
• Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits records.
• Prepare payroll reports, government remittance reports, and other C&B-related documents.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and payroll service providers regarding compensation and benefits concerns.
• Monitor employee benefits enrollment, changes, and availments.
• Assist in processing employee clearances, final pay, and other compensation-related transactions for separated employees.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee payroll and personal information.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies involving payroll, attendance, deductions, and benefits.
• Perform other HR-related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
