Temps and Staffers, Inc. is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Assistant to administer benefits and ensure compliance with government-mandated programs. The role involves processing SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and HMO enrollments, and communicating policies to employees.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field, with at least 1 year of Compensation and Benefits experience, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Compensation and Benefits.
• Experience handling government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and HMO administration.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
• Process and monitor government-mandated benefits and HMO enrollment.
• Prepare and communicate benefits information, policies, and updates to employees.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• Coordinate with benefit providers regarding enrollments, claims, and employee concerns.
• Ensure regular employees and qualified dependents receive their entitled benefits.
• Manage and monitor company-issued tools such as mobile phones and lines.
• Maintain good relationships with benefit providers and recommend the best employee benefit options.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
