Job summary

Suzuki Auto Kawit is seeking an HR Benefits and Payroll Specialist in Cavite to provide centralized HR services for government-mandated programs such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and government loans. The role coordinates with payroll and ensures compliant, timely processing of benefits and payroll payments.

The ideal candidate holds a related degree, has 2+ years in HR benefits/payroll, and demonstrates high confidentiality and trust.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Preferably with at least two years of experience in HR benefits and payroll.
• Knowledgeable in compliance with different government offices.
• Can administer compensation and benefits.
• With a high degree of confidentiality and trustworthiness.
