Job summary

A human resource service provider in Metro Manila is seeking a professional to administer and monitor government mandated and company-initiated benefits. Ideal candidates should have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management, along with a year of experience in the Compensation and Benefits process. Knowledge of local benefits and invoice management is crucial. This role is based in Sta. Mesa, Manila.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in Compensation and Benefits process.
• Knowledge of local benefits programs and benefit invoice management procedures.
• Knowledge of government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG; local benefits programs and invoice management.
• Proficiency in computer literacy is required.
• Amenable to work in Sta. Mesa Manila.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor government mandated and company-initiated benefits.
• Maintain accurate records and invoices for benefits management.
• Collaborate with HR to enroll and update benefits for employees.
