Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years in compensation, benefits, payroll, or HR.
• Experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, or HR administration.
• Knowledge of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and Philippine benefits.
• Strong numerical accuracy and confidentiality.
• Vendor coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Process employee enrolment, updates, claims, and benefit inquiries.
• Maintain salary, allowance, insurance, and statutory benefit records.
• Coordinate with providers and government agencies.
• Prepare compensation and benefits reports and reconciliations.
• Support salary review, benchmarking, and policy implementation.
