Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an HR Officer to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including attendance, overtime, allowances, and adjustments. You will manage government-mandated remittances and loan reporting while serving as a key contact for employee relations.

The role requires 2–3 years of HR compensation/payroll experience, knowledge of Philippine labor laws, and strong MS Excel skills. Willingness to work in the Bulacan/San Juan area is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field.
• 2–3 years in HR compensation and benefits or payroll.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government benefits systems (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Proficient in MS Excel and HR payroll systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
