Job summary

You will support payroll processes, government remittance components (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and maintain precise employee records, while aligning with company policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience and knowledge in compensation and benefits.
• Knowledge of government remittance and benefits, in line with labor compliance.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially spreadsheets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in Pateros.

Responsibilities

• Process employee compensation and benefits concerns
• Assist in payroll and monitoring
• Handle government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG, reportorial and claims.
• Maintain and update employee records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Prepare reports related to compensation and benefits
