Job summary

Datamatics CMS PH is seeking an HR Compensation and Benefits Specialist to manage employee benefits and coordinate HMO interactions in Metro Manila. The role includes overseeing annual employee health checks and ensuring timely government remittance payments.

The incumbent will also assist with government mandatory claims and maintain accurate employee records with agencies such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBig, delivering compliant HR operations with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in HR/Compensation & Benefits
• Clear and effective English communication
• Full cycle compensation responsibilities knowledge
• Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience in HR operations or similar role

Responsibilities

• Manage employee benefits and transactions with group life insurance for employees
• Maintain, manage and coordinate all employee transactions and interactions with the HMO provider
• Lead the annual and executive health check-up projects for employees
• Handle online payments for government remittances
• Assist with government mandatory claims (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, etc.)
• Update employee records with government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
