Job summary

Responsibilities

• Submit a report of new and separated employees to Government Agencies in a timely manner
• Prepares payment requests for SSS, PAG-IBIG, and PHILHEALTH to be submitted to the accounting department.
• Upload and monitor all Leave Credits in System
• Provide Assistance to employees
• Enrollment, Transfer and Updating of employee’s BIR Status
• Inputs names and attendance at Incentive Commission System of qualified Promodisers.
• Prepare and update compensation benchmarking of all positions
• Input deductions / pay item in the HCMS
• Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company, which your superiors may ask or direct you to perform.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, or equivalent
