Autokid Subic Trading Corporation is seeking a Company Nurse to provide basic medical care, promote workplace health, and maintain confidential employee medical records. You will support occupational health programs, conduct health education, monitor the clinic, and coordinate with healthcare providers.

The Company Nurse is responsible for providing basic medical assistance to employees, promoting workplace health and safety, maintaining accurate medical records, and supporting the company’s occupational health and wellness programs.
Provide first aid and basic medical assistance to employees in case of illness, injury, or workplace accidents.
Conduct initial assessment of employees with health concerns and determine appropriate medical action or referral.
Maintain and update employees’ medical and health records while ensuring confidentiality.
Monitor and maintain the company clinic, including medicines, medical supplies, and equipment.
Administer basic medications and treatments within the scope of nursing practice and company policy.
Monitor employee health conditions and assist in managing workplace-related medical concerns.
Assist in handling and documenting workplace accidents, injuries, and medical emergencies.
Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, physicians, and other healthcare providers when necessary.
Assist in conducting pre-employment, annual, and other required medical examinations.
Monitor employees’ medical certificates, fit-to-work clearances, and other health-related documents.
Assist in implementing company health and wellness programs.
Conduct health education activities and promote proper hygiene, healthy practices, and preventive healthcare among employees.
Support occupational health and safety initiatives and coordinate with the Safety Officer when necessary.
Prepare medical reports and maintain accurate documentation of clinic activities and employee consultations.
Monitor and maintain adequate stocks of medicines and medical supplies.
Assist HR in health-related employee concerns, return-to-work assessments, and workplace accommodations.
Perform other related duties that may be assigned by management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
Preferably with experience as a Company Nurse, Occupational Health Nurse, or Clinical Nurse.
Experience in workplace first aid and emergency response is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.
Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to work in a fast-paced automotive/workplace environment.
Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with employees, HR, management, and external healthcare providers.
