Job Summary:
The Company Nurse & Admin Staff will be responsible for providing basic occupational health and medical services while supporting the company's day-to-day administrative operations.
This position combines employee health and wellness, workplace medical support, administrative coordination, facilities support, and employee-related services. The ideal candidate is a responsible, organized, proactive, and service-oriented professional who can effectively manage both medical and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and basic medical assistance to employees and visitors when necessary.
- Ensure compliance to occupational health and safety standard requirements.
- Assess employees with illnesses, injuries, and work-related health concerns and facilitate appropriate medical referrals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee medical records and treatment logs.
- Monitor employee health concerns and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
- Maintain adequate stocks of medicines, first-aid supplies, and medical equipment.
- Assist in pre-employment and annual medical examinations and other health monitoring activities.
- Support occupational health, wellness, and preventive healthcare programs.
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare providers when required.
- Participate in emergency response, first-aid activities, and workplace incident management.
- Organize and support employee wellness activities, health awareness campaigns, blood donation activities, and similar initiatives.
- Prepare required medical and health-related reports while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Participate and comply with internal and external audits.
- Support the day-to-day administrative operations of the company.
- Coordinate office and facility-related requirements and oversee canteen and security services.
- Support company events, employee activities, visitors, and HR/Admin programs.
- Assist in maintaining workplace cleanliness, orderliness, safety, and security.
- Support employee requests and coordinate administrative services.
- Assist in implementing company policies, procedures, and administrative programs.
- Prepare administrative reports and documentation as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Philippine PRC license.
- Preferably with more than three (3) years of experience as an Occupational Health Nurse in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Experience in administrative work is an advantage.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.
- With First Aid and/or BLS certification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee medical and personal information.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.
