Job summary

Virtuale Staffing is seeking a licensed nurse to provide on-site medical care for employees. You will act as the first aid responder and coordinate with accredited hospitals for emergencies and health insurance needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse with PRC license; OSH knowledge is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• • Provide medical assistance to employees on duty at the site.
  • Serve as the first aid responder for all emergency cases on site and coordinate with accredited hospitals for required hospitalization.
  • Partner with the Human Resources team in liaising with accredited hospitals for the company's health insurance program.
  • Facilitate and assist in the validation of pre-employment medical examination and annual physical examination results.
  • Prepare reports and monitor employees' medical records and annual physical examination results.
  • Record patients' medical histories, symptoms, and current health conditions.
  • Prepare communications and informational materials (e.g., infographics) on health-related topics for dissemination to employees.
  • Maintain and manage clinic medications, medical equipment, and supplies.
  • Assist the company physician in performing medical and administrative duties.
  • Perform other medical-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• • Licensed Nurse with a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs is an advantage.
  • Experience in a hospital setting and clinic management is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic record management.
