We are looking for a Liaison / Driver who will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation while assisting the company with document processing, deliveries, and coordination with government offices, clients, suppliers, and other external parties.
Safely drive company vehicles for official business, deliveries, meetings, and errands.
Transport company personnel, documents, materials, and other items as required.
Perform liaison and document-processing tasks with government offices, banks, suppliers, clients, and other agencies.
Submit, follow up, and collect company documents, permits, licenses, and other requirements.
Assist in processing and monitoring documents and transactions.
Coordinate with the assigned department regarding schedules, deliveries, and required documents.
Ensure documents and items are delivered safely and on time.
Maintain confidentiality of company documents and information.
Conduct regular inspection of the assigned vehicle and report any mechanical or safety concerns.
Keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and in good operating condition.
Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, deliveries, and other vehicle-related activities.
Follow traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
Perform other duties and errands as assigned by management.
High school graduate or college level.
With a valid Professional Driver's License.
With at least 1–2 years of driving experience.
Familiar with Metro Manila routes and major government offices, business districts, ports, and other locations.
Knowledgeable in basic vehicle inspection and maintenance.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, trustworthy, punctual, and hardworking.
Able to handle documents and company transactions professionally.
Willing to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when required.
Familiarity with basic computer applications is an advantage.
Previous experience as a Company Driver, Liaison Officer, Messenger, or Utility Driver.
Experience processing documents with government offices is an advantage.
Familiarity with LTO, LTFRB, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, ports, and other government agencies is an advantage.
Knowledge of basic vehicle troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
