Job summary

AnchorEd in the Philippines is seeking a Community Administrator to oversee the Learn Group Community (LGC) program. You will coordinate community activities, manage records, analyze engagement data, and ensure training materials and HG Connect resources are accessible.

You will collaborate with Learn Group Coordinators and HG teams to drive data-driven improvements, strengthen engagement, and support program execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in community management and program administration.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Learn Group Community program coordination and execution.
• Maintain team reports, attendance records and event follow-ups.
• Generate and maintain HG Connect-related reports; manage resources and training materials.
• Serve as HG Connect app administrator and coordinate with project teams for improvements.
