Job summary

Good Neighbors Philippines is seeking a Programme Manager to support the implementation and scale-up of community engagement and empowerment initiatives across health, education, WASH, nutrition, sponsorship, and livelihood.

You will identify priority communities, facilitate field activities, provide technical support and capacity-building to staff, and coordinate with local partners, LGUs, and donors while ensuring GNIP policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work, Community Development, Public Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years NGO/INGO experience in program/project management.
• Strong partnership and coordination with National Government offices and LGUs.
• Strong skills in project proposal writing and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and report-writing abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrates critical thinking and the ability to work independently.
• Culturally sensitive, inclusive and adaptable across diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and scale-up of community programs across health, education, WASH, nutrition, sponsorship, and livelihood.
• Identify priority communities and facilitate field activities.
• Provide technical support and capacity-building to staff.
• Coordinate with local partners and stakeholders.
• Assist in grants monitoring, donor visits, budgeting, procurement, and reporting.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of plans, reports, and documentation per GNIP policies.
