Job summary

Good Neighbors International Philippines Branch Inc. seeks an experienced CDP Leader to head community development projects across multiple field offices. The role covers planning, budgeting, monitoring, networking with stakeholders, and routine admin tasks to ensure program success.

You will manage CDP operations, guide staff, and coordinate with country office for HR, finance, and reporting while traveling to designated sites as needed to achieve impact in line with GNIP mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Social Work, Community Development, or Social Sciences Course.
• Master’s Degree or unit in Social Sciences is an advantage.
• With 10 to 15 years’ experience in community development.
• With minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in leadership.
• Systematic knowledge of management principles including program planning and budgeting.
• Experience in NGO and international development projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead GNIP Community development project in the assigned Field Office, including planning, project implementations, monitoring and evaluation, networking and partnership, and general administration of the community location.
• Plan and supervise CDP operations, budgets, and project work plans.
• Coordinate with HR and Communications for monthly milestones and newsletters.
• Engage with LGUs, schools, communities, donors, and government agencies.
• Oversee procurement, field office administration, and compliance with policies.
• Support capacity building, staff development, and field office management.
