• Prepare and mise en place ingredients for Asian dishes under chef supervision

• Assist in the cooking, plating, and presentation of Asian cuisine items

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your assigned workstation and kitchen areas

• Follow established recipes, portion sizes, and food safety protocols consistently

• Support senior chefs in the execution of daily specials and menu items

• Handle and store ingredients correctly to maintain food quality and safety standards

• Participate in inventory management and report stock levels as required

• Contribute to a positive team environment and assist colleagues as needed

• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
