Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Commercial Services Support - Back End to assist the Business Intelligence and Commercial Services Manager. The role focuses on analysis for cost efficiency across Sales, Trade Marketing and Business Unit programs and reports such as Budget Exhaustion and Accruals.

The candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant FMCG or distributor experience, be travel-capable to Pasay, and demonstrate strong analytical and people-management skills.

Qualifications

• Must be college graduate (Male / Female).
• With minimum of atleast 3 years of experience in same capacity.
• Experience in FMCG Industry / Manufacturing or Distributor Business preferred.
• Willing to travel to FACC, Coral Way Pasay, Monday - Friday.
• Self-driven, high potential, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• People management experience of at least 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis to achieve business and cost efficiency in Sales, Trade Marketing and Business Unit Programs.
• Provide mandatory reports to BI and Commercial Services Manager, as Budget Exhaustion, Speed to Market, AR Reviews, Accruals and Efficiencies.
• Monitor and measure Financial Analysis and prepare Administrative Reports.

The Commercial Services Support - Back End is an integral role in the Commercial Operating System of the Business Support Services Group. He/ She provides support to the Business Intelligence and Commercial Services Manager. He / She is responsible for providing analysis in achieving business and cost efficiency in relation to Sales, Trade Marketing and Business Unit Programs to achieve optimal commercial fund management of total sales, category and distributorship programs and activities. He / She is primarily responsible for providing the Business Intelligence and Commercial Services Manager and Business Support Services Director, the mandatory reports such as Budget Exhaustion, Speed to Market, AR Reviews, Accruals and Efficiencies. He/She will monitor and measure the Financial Analysis and prepare the Administrative Reports

Other Qualifications:

• 1. Must be college graduate (Male / Female)
• 2. With minimum of atleast 3 years of experience in the same capacity, preferably obtained from FMCG Industry / Manufacturing or Distributor Business
• 3. Can manage traveling from to and from FACC, Coral Way Pasay, Monday - Friday
