Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Commercial Services Support - Back End to bolster the Commercial Operating System within the Business Support Services Group in Pasay.

The role provides analysis to improve business and cost efficiency across Sales, Trade Marketing and program activities, and supports the BI and Commercial Services Manager with key reporting. You will monitor financial performance, prepare administrative and mandatory reports (Budget Exhaustion, Speed to Market, AR Reviews,

Qualifications

• Must be college graduate.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably FMCG/manufacturing or distributor business.
• Willingness to travel between FACC, Coral Way Pasay, with Monday - Friday schedule.
• Self-driven with high potential and strong analytical abilities.
• Experience in people management (at least 1 year).
• Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision and present to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis to achieve business and cost efficiency for Sales, Trade Marketing, and programs.
• Prepare mandatory reports such as Budget Exhaustion, Speed to Market, AR Reviews, Accruals, and Efficiencies.
• Monitor and measure financial analysis and drive administrative reports for the BI and Commercial Services Manager.
• Support the Business Support Services Director with reporting and performance insights.

Job description

The Commercial Services Support - Back End is an integral role in the Commercial Operating System of the Business Support Services Group. He/ She provides support to the Business Intelligence and Commercial Services Manager. He / She is responsible for providing analysis in achieving business and cost efficiency in relation to Sales, Trade Marketing and Business Unit Programs to achieve optimal commercial fund management of total sales, category and distributorship programs and activities. He / She is primarily responsible for providing the Business Intelligence and Commercial Services Manager and Business Support Services Director, the mandatory reports such as Budget Exhaustion, Speed to Market, AR Reviews, Accruals and Efficiencies. He/She will monitor and measure the Financial Analysis and prepare the Administrative Reports

Other Qualifications:

1. 1. Must be college graduate (Male / Female)
2. 2. With minimum of atleast 3 years of experience in the same capacity, preferably obtained from FMCG Industry / Manufacturing or Distributor Business
3. 3. Can manage traveling from to and from FACC, Coral Way Pasay, Monday - Friday
4. 4. Self - driven, high potential, analytical and excellent interpersonal skills.
