Astro Malaysia is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive lead generation, manage a robust pipeline, and close deals across key markets. You will build strong client relationships, forecast revenue, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing and sales objectives.
Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in sales or business development, strong negotiation skills, and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Actively engage in lead generation, pitching, and closing deals to meet sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working independently or with available resources.
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across key markets and industries.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, handling negotiations, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
Ensure effective client communication, resolving concerns, and maintaining retention rates.
Develop a structured approach to pipeline management, ensuring continuous revenue flow.
Be able to adapt and adjust sales strategies to align with client needs and competitive conditions.
Work closely with the Commercial Lead to align strategies, pricing models, and sales objectives.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, revenue trends, and deal progress.
Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closed deals in CRM systems
Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance policies, and quality standards in sales execution.
Develop efficient sales processes that can scale as the team grows.
Work with marketing, business development, and campaign planning teams to support sales initiatives.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate pricing, contract management, and invoicing.
Provide feedback on client demands, industry gaps, and opportunities for business growth.
2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management.
Proven ability to sell and close deals independently, with or without a dedicated sales team.
Strong expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to operate effectively in a dynamic and sometimes resource-limited environment.
Experience in B2B sales, media sales, and advertising solutions is a plus
