Job Descriptions

• To recover those drop off cases and convert those cases into the production.
• To contact the customer and guide the customer to manually enter the promo code based on the campaign run.
• To explain the flow and campaign T&C (if applicable) to customer.
• Encourage and convince customers to key in the promo code to complete the purchase journey.
• To handle the customer enquiries related to insurance business.
• To issue an offline quotation to the user in the event the user unable to get online quotation.
• To issue a cover note to the user.
• To handle after sales services that related to insurance business.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
• Able to work independently, embrace challenges and self- driven.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to be based in office at Bangsar South.
