Job summary

UnionBank of the Philippines (UBP) is seeking a Relationship Manager for Retail Banking to drive deposit growth and expand the customer base at our Cagayan De Oro branch. You will manage client relationships and coordinate with branch teams to deliver banking solutions and excellent service.

The role requires experience in retail banking or related sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and knowledge of BSP regulations and AML/KYC compliance.

About The Role

The Relationship Manager-Retail Banking is responsible for growing the bank's deposit portfolio and customer base through proactive business development and relationship management. The role acquires new clients, strengthens existing relationships, and promotes banking products and services to achieve business targets. Working closely with branch operations, the Relationship Manager ensures excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
