Qualifications

• Strong sales and marketing management experience in multiple roles over at least 5 years.
• Demonstrated leadership including change management, influence, and execution effectiveness.
• High competency in data and digital management.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Experience in strategy development and execution planning.
• People management skills with focus on performance and development.
• Resilience and adaptability to change.

Responsabilités

• Drive best-in-class sales execution and market data insights from leadership to field force.
• Promote KPI practices and ensure adoption by all field force colleagues.
• Oversee use of Touchpoint, Azure, Local Dashboard, NGSE, DMS and support system training.
• Develop and evolve data/digital programs with CRM teams.
• Lead Field Force Effectiveness KPIs and related coaching priorities.
• Partner with General Manager and Business Unit Heads to translate strategy into action.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and align field coaching with standards.
