Job summary

SEEK is seeking a Business Analytics and Operations Manager in the Philippines to partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership. You will turn data into decisions, drive the country strategy, and own performance dashboards and operating rhythms to improve business outcomes.

The role requires seven to ten years in commercial analytics or related fields, with a track record of influencing revenue and productivity.

Qualifications

Seven to 10 years of relevant experience in commercial analytics, sales or revenue operations.
Track record of using data to influence revenue, retention, product adoption or productivity outcomes.
Expert capability in strategic business partnering, data storytelling and commercial judgement.
Experience building performance measures and operating rhythms to guide decisions.
Delivery of process improvements, automation or new ways of working.
Confident working with senior stakeholders and building alignment.
Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills.
Experience leading a small team or coordinating work through people who don’t report directly to you.
