Job summary

Zoetis Philippines seeks a Commercial Excellence leader to drive sales execution and insights across the field force. You will lead KPI definition, data-driven strategies, and the adoption of digital tools such as NGSE, Azure, and DMS to enable informed decision-making.

You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to forge the commercial strategy, coach managers, and ensure compliant execution of target setting, incentives, territory alignment, and field force effectiveness

Qualifications

5+ years in sales/marketing leadership roles.
Proven leadership, coaching, and performance-management experience.
Strong data and digital capability to drive Commercial Excellence.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in strategy development and execution planning.
Demonstrated people management and development.
High resilience and adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning: translate business strategy into executable Field Force Effectiveness plans and KPIs.
Field Coaching: set coaching priorities; ensure execution against standards and KPIs.
Data & Digital Management: lead adoption of global data/digital programs and ensure timely reporting.
Relationships: build cross-functional alliances to support Commercial Excellence goals.
