Job summary

SC Johnson Philippines ROHQ seeks a seasoned Sales Operations leader to own the Philippines commercial agenda across channels. You will drive RTM strategy, channel effectiveness, and in-store excellence while aligning demand with supply and delivering insights for growth.

The role requires a decade of field sales leadership, strong analytics, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions. Hybrid onsite with one remote day weekly after ramp-up, travel domestically as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of field sales experience in Modern & General Trade.
• Strategic commercial leadership and cross-functional transformation experience.
• Strong ability to translate customer/market insights into strategy.
• Experience leading RTM, Category Management and commercial excellence initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and define Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies and channel plans.
• Develop and govern channel KPIs and execution frameworks.
• Drive category growth and in-store execution standards.
• Lead category management and in-store capabilities development.
• Oversee commercial analytics, sales technology, and data-driven insights.
• Lead sales forecasting, S&OP alignment, and inventory governance.
• Manage trade spend strategy, investments, and governance.
• Own sales performance management, targets, and processes.
