Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a data & strategy analyst to drive commercial performance. You will analyze seller and sales data, build dashboards, and surface insights that inform acquisition, retention, and revenue initiatives.

You will partner with Sales, Operations, and Strategy to design and implement initiatives, conduct deep dives, and present findings to senior leadership for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in consulting, project management or business development.
• Experience in ecommerce or fast-paced tech environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to structure slides for management.
• Proactive, data-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze commercial performance data including seller growth, sales productivity, and retention.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking key KPIs and surface issues.
• Support acquisition and retention insights for sellers and clients.
• Lead ad-hoc analyses and projects to address business needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Strategy to implement initiatives.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify gaps and propose solutions.
• Support end-to-end execution from opportunity sizing to tracking.
• Develop tools/frameworks for data-driven decision making.
• Present insights to senior stakeholders to influence strategy.
