Satellite Office in Manila is seeking a Finance Collections specialist to own follow-up from invoice to payment. You will work on a fixed daytime schedule, aligning with Australian business hours, and handle calls and emails to secure payments.

The role requires resilience, strong English, and experience in collections or AR. You will document contacts in CRM, coordinate with sales, and escalate high-risk accounts as needed.

Formación

• Experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit control.
• Clear, professional phone manner and strong English.
• Resilience and persistence in difficult payment conversations.
• Strong attention to detail and disciplined record keeping.
• Comfortable with a CRM, accounting systems, and Excel.
• Nice to have: experience with larger corporate invoicing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up overdue payments by phone and email.
• Agree payment commitments and follow up on the agreed dates.
• Keep accurate notes of contacts, commitments, and disputes in the CRM.
• Monitor aged receivables and prioritise accounts for follow up.
• Work with sales and operations to resolve issues delaying payment.
• Escalate higher risk accounts and report on collection activity.
