Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices and account statements on time.
• Monitor balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Allocate payments and reconcile customer accounts.
• Investigate payment discrepancies and variances.
• Respond to queries about invoices and balances.
• Maintain AR records and aged receivables.
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with Australian finance team during handover.
• Support continuity during transition.
