Australian Energy Company in Manila is seeking a Collections Officer to own the follow‑up from invoice to payment. You will contact customers by phone and email, keep notes in the CRM, and coordinate with sales to resolve payment delays.

The role offers a fixed day schedule within Australian business hours, no rotating shifts, and an office‑based setup in Manila. Strong communication and persistence are essential to succeed.

Formación

• Experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit control.
• Clear, professional phone manner and strong English.
• Resilience and persistence in difficult payment conversations.
• Strong attention to detail and disciplined record keeping.
• Comfortable with a CRM, accounting systems, and Excel.
• Nice to have: experience with larger corporate invoicing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up overdue payments by phone and email.
• Agree payment commitments and follow up on the agreed dates.
• Keep accurate notes of contacts, commitments, and disputes in the CRM.
• Monitor aged receivables and prioritise accounts for follow up.
• Work with sales and operations to resolve issues delaying payment.
• Escalate higher risk accounts and report on collection activity.
