Job summary

Gratitude Philippines in Alabang is seeking a Collections Associate to contact customers and negotiate payment plans for outstanding balances. This onsite role requires at least two years of college and prior BPO collections experience, or two years in any BPO account. You will maintain records and support the team in reducing delinquencies.

ASAP start with onsite work; salary up to ₱24,000 monthly. Strong communication and accuracy are essential for this position.
