• Contact customers via phone to secure payments for outstanding debt obligation, to determine the reason(s) for it, and to obtain a commitment to pay, negotiate payment in full or payment arrangements
• Research and reconcile assigned accounts ensuring recorded and detailed documentation of collection efforts with resolution of client discrepancies
• Provide account receivable, customer service, and collections efforts
• 2 or more yrs of experience in US collections ( previous HSBC employee is desired but not required ) handled Credit Card Account, Mortgage, Auto, or Any forms of Loans with Early to Late Buckets: 30–180 days delinquent
• 3rd Party Collections experience
• In-depth understanding of US billing and collection processes.
• Strong negotiation skills using an assertive but tactful approach
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and meet quality and productivity goals and to investigate complex situations and offer solutions for resolutions
• Experience with skip tracing is desired
• Willing to work onsite in our Alabang, Muntinlupa City
