The role combines outbound collections with legal administrative duties, supporting the Collections Director and ensuring precise handling of sensitive documents. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in collections or related BPO, strong English communication, and solid CRM experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in collections, legal support, or related BPO.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfort with confidential information and sensitive data.
• Experience using CRM systems and productivity suites.

Responsabilités

• Reach out to merchants about active and past-due accounts via calls and email.
• Follow up on payment commitments and promises to pay.
• Document interactions in the CRM with accuracy.
• Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.
• Escalate complex matters to the Collections Director when needed.
• Assist in preparing and sending legal demand letters and related docs.
• Handle confidential financial and legal information discreetly.
• Verify key details before documents are issued.
• Keep electronic records organized and up to date.
• Update CRM case notes and daily activity logs.
