Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking/Finance or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience as Digital Credit Operations Lead or related role.
• Ability to assemble, interpret and apply data for decision making.
• Experience presenting to executives or senior management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise collections activities daily and guide team members to follow policies.
• Regularly evaluate performance and provide training to improve team skills.
• Monitor productivity and implement improvement strategies.
• Ensure accuracy of credit documentation and regulatory reports.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive continuous improvement.
• Generate and analyze reports on credit processing metrics and KPIs for management.
