Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Collections Officer to supervise pre-delinquent, front-end, and skip agents, ensuring adherence to performance standards and company guidelines. You will lead planning for strategies to improve collection outcomes and oversee compliance with internal policies.

The role focuses on maximizing team performance, meeting call quotas, and managing external service providers such as skip tracing vendors, while actively minimizing credit losses and addressing customer concerns

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably graduate of business or related field.
• At least 2 years experience in collections, credit, or risk management.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Proficient MS Office skills; data management and analytics.
• Willing to work onsite 100%.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pre-delinquent, front-end, and skips agents to meet standards.
• Coaches and motivates team to achieve targets and improve performance.
• Monitor external skip tracing service providers and endorsements.
• Manage risk actions and report possible fraud within policy.
• Address customer issues and ensure prompt, proper resolution.
