The role requires at least 2 years in collection leadership, a finance/business background, and a proven drive to reach goals. Lending collection experience is a plus, with strong reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• BS degree holder in finance and business, and other related fields.
• 2 years work experience as Collection Team Lead or Supervisor.
• Experience in Lending Collection is a plus.
• Strong drive to achieve goals/targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day collection operations of the team.
• Monitor daily productivity and ensure targets are met.
• Manage workforce and staffing plans.
• Identify and implement process improvements with impact.
