Maya Philippines is seeking a capable Collections Team Lead to oversee day-to-day operations of our collections group. You will monitor productivity, manage staffing, and partner with external agencies to drive performance.

You will identify process improvements, prepare management reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high service quality for customers. The role requires leadership, analytical thinking, and strong communication.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in finance or business or related field.
• 2+ years of work experience in Collection Team Lead or Supervisor.
• Experience in lending and credit card collection is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily collection operations of the team.
• Monitor daily productivity and ensure targets are met.
• Forecast staffing and manage workforce.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Prepare reports on team deliverables for management.
• Monitor collection agency progress and performance.
• Conduct daily and weekly meetings with the agency.
• Ensure quality of service to customers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory collection policies.
• Be willing to work extended hours and startup challenges.

What you will be doing:

• Oversee the Teams day to day collection operations
• Monitor Daily productivity of the team, ensures target is being met and issues being addressed.
• Work-force management
• Be able to identify and implement process improvement initiatives that will have an impact to his/her assigned team
• Be familiar with staffing projection complementing work volume growth and forecast and make necessary proposal to Business Unit
• Prepare, Create reports based on teams deliverable and present to management
• Monitor Collection Agency progress/ performance report
• Daily and Weekly Meeting with Collection Agency
• Ensures quality of service is being provided to the customers/clients
• Ensures regulatory Collection policy and processes were being adhere to
• Willing to work on extended hours and challenges of start ups

What we are looking for:

• BS degree holder on finance and business, and other related field
• 2 years Work experience as Collection Team Lead or Supervisor
• Experience on Lending and Credit Card Collection is a plus
• Strong drive to achieve goals / target
