Aufgaben

• Adhere to collections policy to achieve KPI targets (Productivity, Quality, Reliability, Cash Collections).
• Contact customers by phone to negotiate payment plans and collect debts.
• Handle inbound calls for customer service and collections inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve disputes related to accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activity and communications.
