Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Collections Back Office Specialist to support collections processes, manage data outside system limits, and update tools. You will work with the collections team to prepare client and employee documents and handle non-voice communications.

The role requires data skills, English proficiency, and willingness to work weekends. Based in Cubao Quezon City, you will coordinate with departments and assist in SAP-related requests, contributing to a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a collections or data role.
• Ability to collect, organize and analyze data.
• Previous work experience in a financial company.
• Technical expertise in data mining and reporting tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules including weekends.
• Willingness to be assigned in Cubao Quezon City.
• Ability to adapt to a multicultural, international company.

Responsibilities

• Meet and work directly with collections team.
• Coordinate with departments for collection-related issues.
• Support Collections data and tool maintenance.
• Assist in preparation of client and employee legal documents.
• Send non-voice communications.
• Assign contracts for Late collections and validate outcomes.
• Process client requests or system limitations manually.
• Assist collections on resignations, attendance, and bonuses disputes.
• Support STR requests via SAP with IT and procurement.
