Job summary

RCBC Bankard Services Corporation is seeking a team member to evaluate and assist cardholders with non-payment issues, oversee team administrative tasks, and support the Section Head in reviewing high-balance collections. The role involves sending targeted collection communications and handling inquiries or complaints from cardholders.

The ideal candidate has a four-year business degree and at least 3 months experience in collections or customer service within financial services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year business course.
• Preferably with collection or customer service experience in a credit card or any financial services company for at least 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assist cardholders in resolving service issues related to non-payment.
• Oversee administrative requirements of the team.
• Assist the Section Head in reviewing collection efforts for accounts with big balances.
• Send special collection letters or emails to contact-difficult cardholders.
• Facilitate cardholder inquiries, requests or complaints for collection accounts.
• Perform ocular visits to agencies and conduct audits per checklist; discuss findings with the agency supervisor.

Job description

• Evaluates and assists cardholders in resolving service issues that results to non-payment of accounts.
• ·Responsible for handling, controlling, and overseeing the administrative requirements of the team.
• Assists the Section Head in performing regular review of collection efforts done by collectors/agents especially for accounts with big balances; performs quality assurance in the collection processes.
• Sends out special collection letters or emails as another means in reaching cardholders who are difficult to contact through phone, or as an additional tool to reinforce collection follow ups for certain clients.
• Facilitates prompt handling of cardholders’ inquiries, requests or complaints for collection accounts under their team as referred by collection agents, Customer Service or other departments.
• Performs ocular visitation to agencies and conducts audit based on checklist discusses observations and findings with agency supervisor; gets agencies' commitment to comply with our requirements on Collectors' productivity, information security, cardholders' data privacy etc.; All observations and findings are discussed/escalated to the section head.
