Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Collections Support Analyst II to support analytics and optimize collection processes through data-driven pilots and strategy changes. You will work with the analytics manager, extract data from databases, and develop tools to automate collection workflows, performing champion-challenger testing from pilot design to implementation.
The role requires a background in economics/finance/statistics and at least one year in data analytics, with proficiency in SQL
The Collections Support Analyst II's role is to support collections processes through generating, deploying and statistically evaluating strategy changes and pilots, effectively extracting and analyzing information stored in our databases.The analyst will handle ad-hoc investigations and analyses along with longer term pilots. The role is able to perform well their duties with minimal supervision. Specific areas of Support Analytics to handle are TQAC team support, QA dispatch and evaluations support, and Collections Non-Voice strategy management.
