Job summary

First Circle in Taguig is seeking a Field Collector or Skip Tracer to join the Collections Team as a Collection Analyst for late-stage accounts. The role focuses on client calls, bridging internal and external stakeholders, and driving growth initiatives from the Product Operations side.

The position requires 1–5 years' relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to work in the BGC Taguig area with a 5x RTO setup. Competitive salary with benefits available.

We are seeking a dynamic Collection Analyst for our Late Stage Accounts to join our Product Operations team. This role will be doing client calls for desk collection operations. The Collection Analyst will play a critical role in bridging internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering relationships, and driving First Circle’s growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Oversee M2+ delinquent accounts to minimize bad debt and optimize recovery.


• Outreach & Follow-Up: Conduct regular calls and follow-ups to maintain continuous client contact.


• Negotiation & Monitoring: Secure payment arrangements and Promises to Pay (PTPs), while actively monitoring compliance.


• Documentation & Coordination: Keep account records up to date and collaborate closely with internal teams.


• Target Achievement: Consistently meet established collection, recovery, and productivity goals.

• Amenable to 5x RTO work set-up in BGC Taguig.


• Years of Experience: 1-5 years of relevant experience as a Collection Analyst. Fresh graduates are encouraged and welcome to apply.


• Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in any field.
