Job summary

First Circle, a fast-growing FinTech in the Philippines, is seeking a Collection Analyst for Late Stage Accounts. The role involves client calls for desk collection operations, bridging internal teams and external stakeholders, and driving growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will manage delinquent accounts, perform regular outreach, and secure payment arrangements while ensuring compliance. 1-5 years’ experience and a Bachelor's degree are preferred; RTO at BGC Taguig is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field required.
• 1-5 years of relevant Collection Analyst experience preferred.
• Amenable to 5x RTO work setup in BGC Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2M+ delinquent accounts to minimize bad debt and optimize recovery.
• Conduct regular calls and follow-ups to maintain client contact.
• Secure payment arrangements and Promises to Pay (PTPs) while monitoring compliance.
• Keep account records up to date and coordinate with internal teams.
• Aim to meet established collection, recovery, and productivity goals.

We're looking for a hardworking, reliable, and hands-on Field Collector or Skip Tracer to join us.

We are seeking a dynamic Collection Analyst for our Late Stage Accounts to join our Product Operations team. This role will be doing client calls for desk collection operations. The Collection Analyst will play a critical role in bridging internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering relationships, and driving First Circle’s growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Oversee M2+ delinquent accounts to minimize bad debt and optimize recovery.


• Outreach & Follow-Up: Conduct regular calls and follow-ups to maintain continuous client contact.


• Negotiation & Monitoring: Secure payment arrangements and Promises to Pay (PTPs), while actively monitoring compliance.


• Documentation & Coordination: Keep account records up to date and collaborate closely with internal teams.


• Target Achievement: Consistently meet established collection, recovery, and productivity goals.

Requirements

• Amenable to 5x RTO work set-up in BGC Taguig.


• Years of Experience: 1-5 years of relevant experience as a Collection Analyst. Fresh graduates are encouraged and welcome to apply.


• Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in any field.


• Work Ethic & Drive: Self-motivated and proactive, insists on excellence and is driven to constantly improve, displays initiative and independence in task execution. Comfortable working with difficult-to-recover accounts.
