We are looking for a confident and motivated Cold Calling Virtual Assistant to contact US-based prospects, qualify leads, handle basic objections, and schedule appointments for the sales team. The role focuses on commercial insurance and workers’ compensation policy modifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
• Introduce the companys products or services and effectively communicate their value.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria.
• Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Follow approved call scripts while adapting naturally to conversations.
• Record accurate call notes and update customer information in the CRM.
• Conduct follow-up calls when necessary.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, lead generation, or sales is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Willing to work Onsite for 6 month
